No one likes to get hurt especially while carrying out their work duties, most companies will try their best to prevent accidents from happening in the work place but what can they do if the employees don’t listen? Employers have a legal obligation to protect all their workers, they have to appoint Health and Safety managers to carry out risk assessments and ensure that accidents are kept to a minimum.
